As a doc, let me congratualte you on entering an exciting field. Finals suck, and I wish you the best of luck. I dont want to pile on you, because thats what half of your responders are doing. I suspect it has little to do with your finals or your school, and more with your posting history.

But please, stop saying that DO school is harder than MD school. Its not true and makes you looks bad.

Stop trying to pin your (distant) future earning potential on the rigor of your first year finals. They arent quite that tough, and obviously, there's a lot of people who work hard. Your situation is not unique.

Finally, don't complain openly about your working conditions outside your sphere. As a student, only vent to fellow students. Your residents and attendings will look down on you for doing so. Learn to play the game before the game plays you!
