Get paid what you get paid and move on.

I work with guys who struggled to get through high school who make over 100k/year today.
Of course, they work like crazy and have skills that the market values at over 100k/year.

What other people make doesn't really concern me most of the time. I do care about how much my wife makes and I hope that my sons make a livable wage some day. Other than that, salaries of other people don't really interest me and I'm surprised when I hear that they interest other people.
