tell me how professional sports are as corrupt as college football?

Where is the corruption in the NFL or NBA? Both the NBA and NFL have players unions that enter in collective bargaining agreements to negotiate on salary structure. No such thing exists for college football players. Name me one NFL team with a coach that makes more money than each starter.
