I am not willing to quote the athletes

who make these statements. First, I don't have permission. Second, his personal appearance confirms my bias developed over time by repeated comments from athletes. Some of the workouts which have been reported to me don't make sense.

I really can't buy something from a strength and conditioning coach that doesn't look as if he could participate himself.
