other players complained..went back to Omer's old stuff... Go back and look at teh number of hamstring and shouler injuries under Omer..... His "Rocky" mentalty doesn't work in teh real workd anymore. SO then what di BRONCO do? He took some players down to AZ and had THST groupp put together a totally new S&C program and paid a QTR MILLION to do it!! Yes folks.. OMER is SOOO awesome that BYU shelled out 250.000 for SOMEONE else to design its S&C program...

The funny thing is the program they built was almost exactly like teh first program that some young S&C coaches had designed, but that players complained about, before going back to Omers rOCKY stuff...
