I disagree with three of your points here:
First, the training regimen all had a similar core base, but it absolutely had customization. What do you expect, linemen to be the only ones doing core olympic lifts while the DBs just did some cute P90x moves? If you play football you do squats, bench, and cleans....no matter what position you play. A speed program was needed for skill guys and they added that.
Second, are you saying that Omer was the one who decided not to have a nutritionist? That kind of decision is out of his hands and hardly a valid reason to criticize him. I think it's great they have incorporated that into the program now.
Third, hamstrings injuries can have a root cause due to imbalance of the quads to hamstring strength ratio. However, lack of stellar warm ups or cool downs from the football coaches played a much bigger role in any reoccurring hamstring injuries on the team IMHO. As a former track guy, I knew my body well enough that I got out to practice early for warmup and spent extra time cooling down and in ice baths. Hamstrings can hardly be put squarely on Omer.
I read CB often, but sometime I come away very disappointed in people trying to sound "in the know" or position themselves as "insiders" without knowing what they're talking about. It's fine to through out opinions, but leave them at that. Don't pretend you have facts people when you don't.
