is that up until a couple years ago is that the training regimen was the same for all position groups and no nutrition customization. That's a huge red flag! No tailoring whatsoever. Just a one size fits all routine.

Secondly, back at the beginning of Bronco's tenure nearly every DB was pulling their hamstring. The conclusion that Bronco drew was that the training program was causing it and asked Omer to change it. There have been other frequent injuries that are not within the normal range of statistical probability.

The good news is that things are changing with the S&C program. BYU is starting to realize that it needs to keep up in this area and has adjusted with nutrition and tailoring. Omer has improved and he's close to the end of his career.
