guys. I noticed the other day that one of the starting DL for Oregon State is an RM, is from the state of Utah and went to Snow. There is a guy starting now for the Chicago Bears who played at Oregon State as well 2 years ago that is also a RM and went to Snow or some other Utah JC.
When we have a weakness, and in this case DL, we should be looking at RMs at the jc schools. If RMs and LDS guys are good enough to be going to PAC 12 schools out of a JC we should be looking at them.
Sounding like my dad now, but "back in the day" and even just a few years ago we were getting guys who could come in and contribute from JCs like Snow or Eastern Arizona or way back Ricks when we had a need. We have gone away from getting LDS guys out of JCs when it is a good stop gap, low risk proposition IMO.
