At least it isn't for me. I don't worry too much about losing a specific athlete, nor do I put too much stock in landing a specific athlete (at least not since I learned from the Iggy's Sports Bar Press Conference experience). For me, the issue is it hurts losing out on recruits that we normally don't lose out on. That is where most of the sting is coming from this year, Covey is just kind of the poster-child that represents a possible shift in how athletes may be perceiving BYU.
