Again, I love how you expect Rose to have recruited and developed a big man
during his 1st and 2nd year as a coach. You don't count the big men that he inherited, because he wasn't officially the head coach when they were recruited. So their 4 years of development and success don't count as evidence that he can develop a big man. Yet you count those years as him not recruiting and developing any bigs. Do you expect him to have recruited and developed someone who would start over Plaisted and Young in his first 1-3 years?
