Where did I say that?
I'm looking at the entire span of his head coaching, not just the first couple of years. However, if you don't have any good bigs, it is actually possible to hit the JCs or lower division schools and get a transfer or two to get production in that short time frame. Many others have done it. There was one right up in Salt Lake City and another up in Logan that did that very thing when first taking their jobs. Not rocket science.
