You keep citing that he has had 10 years to do it. Explain to me how you
would give him credit for developing a JC big his first year as a coach. He wouldn't have time to develop him. Not to mention the fact that you wouldn't consider them good, because they would be playing behind Plaisted and Young (two guys that you don't give him credit for because he didn't recruit them).
He can't win. He develops 2 players but didn't recruit them, so he gets no credit. He recruits a JC, but didn't develop him (because he would have developed at the JC) and so he wouldn't get credit for him either right?
