Both of those issues directly point to the coaching staff.

I know that BYU has some institutional features that are limiting, but it also has some major advantages to some of the smaller programs that consistently get guys drafted.

I think that BYU gets its fair share of "NFL guys" (e.g., 3 star and above guys) and it's not developing them.
