First off - thanks for a link. That is almost unprecedented for you.
Second - let me quote you. You said "Bronco and Crowton boasted of it"....
Where in that story are Bronco and Crowton "boasting"? You have linked to something that does not quote the coaches at all and are pretending it does. I swear people don't understand what they are reading sometimes. You have linked to a quote from Mathis - a kid who never ended up even playing for BYU - where he was talking about some generic "BYU coaches" that was made two or three years before Bronco was even at BYU.
Let me reiterate - you are taking a 17 year old's memory of a quote from a nameless coach that was made before Bronco was even at BYU and using that as evidence that Bronco had changed his opinion. First - who cares if Bronco has changed his opinion, and Second - How is this even relevant?
So... that misrepresentation is effectively disavowed. You should not use it anymore as "evidence".
