I agree. What I wonder is if Notre Dame fans feel the same way? Excepting 2013,
they've been mostly underwhelming the past few years. They have their rivals they play every year, and certainly enjoy scheduling advantages BYU could only dream of. They'd probably lose money if they ever joined a conference which I'm sure is a big calculation for their administration, but I wonder if the fans, coaches and players would rather see them in the Big 10? I wonder if it would make them more competitive?
