suck that your income prevents him from gettin aid, though if he is trying to get aid that really isn't "making it on his own"
We all went through the same thing. It happens. It's part of growing up. Like others have said, tell him to find a wife and he will be set.
Also, students can get Medicaid so I'm not sure why you think he can't.
