the tweet is nonsense - there was 1 reported rape at BYU in 2014. The idea that somehow rape culture is a
negative for BYU is laughable. If Dodd is saying this is a negative for BYU then he is wrong.

I don't doubt that there were unreported rapes in 2014, but there is absolutely no evidence that BYU and our culture discourages rape reporting any more than the culture at other schools.

Our current system is broken and needs to be fixed but only a complete moron would believe that women are less safe at BYU than they are at other schools.

It's more likely than not that on a rape per student basis that we're in the top 10 safest major colleges in America. And until someone can prove otherwise, I'll believe my stance is valid.
