I get your points, but BYU's sexual assault rate is very low. Some of that is
reporting, but primarily its because BYU doesn't have the same problems other schools have. No frats. Minimal binge drinking. Relatively low hookup culture.
Some of that can be attributed to everyone being Mormon, and some can be attributed to the Honor Code and its consequences. I don't think you can unspool those, but together they keep the sexual assault rate much lower than other schools.
