Just because sins are included in the HC
doesn't mean the HC becomes a divine law that should require divine guidance to determine if mercy or justice should prevail.

Government has laws against stealing (a 10 commandments sin), and also have laws against having chickens in your backyard. Should we expect full lenience by a governing body just because it has man-made laws as well as laws that parallel God's laws?

The AF Academy has rules (some of which are related to God's laws and some are not), should everyone who breaks rules while at the academy get mercy?

I live in the U.S. and intend to abide by the laws, but I'm not going to complain when I get busted for having chickens in my backyard in a neighborhood that forbids it.
