clearly have no basis. The far majority of BYU students want and do live the honor code. There can't be that many that drink or hook up much less that do it and later assaulted.

Also considering very few drink and college rapes mostly involve some substance abuse (either the victim or perpetrator) you have to believe the rate is much lower if less people are drinking and partying.
So overall it has to be less and can't be as bad as they try to make it seem.
