There are several holes in your argument, and I'm not sure what you mean by
"the law agrees" with you. What are you talking about?
Actually, this has been discussed hundreds of times over the past few weeks, and if people are still victim shaming and blaming, there is absolutely nothing I can say to change your mind.
I will say something that might blow your mind, though. There are millions of women across the country, and only about 17,000 of them have an honor code.
So you're going to have to think of a new set of rules for them to follow so they don't get raped.
