I think Utah would have gotten in without the bcs wins. They were a good fit - nothing weird with academics, nice western city but I don't think any league puts too much emphasis on winning when they pick a school other than to measure a fanbase.

Like I said - it's not that Utah didn't deserve it, it's just that it wasn't a direct result of winning bcs games. I don't think from an athletic standpoint they were the best option, even in their own state but some of PAC presidents were not going to have a religious institution in their conference - you will in its on seeing it your way and I'll insist on seeing it the right way! Ha! Just kidding but I realize we won't agree.
