It's much higher.
Most Mormons, I believe, drop the sport when faced with the Sabbath issue at an earlier age so they never have to turn down college ball or the NFL... they decided it years before.

Really? So how is BYU any different from every other D1 program. You get offered if your good, BYU doesn't control that.
