I don't mind offsides, but it shouldn't be called once the ball proceeds legally
past a certain point, either at the box or at a point near the front line of the box extended to the sidelines.
Also the field is too crowded. I would reduce the number of players per side to 8 or 9 and allow more open substitutions.
