I like RSLCoug, but.......
Soccer is fundamentally flawed. It is in desperate need of fundamental reforms.
I know you are soccer savy. But the sport's popularity is not a good barometer of it's health.
I've been a huge soccer fan - my favorite sport - for 30+ years. My criticism of the game is not borne of a lack of knowledge and exposure. And I'm not alone. Paul Gardner in the latest issue of World Soccer magazine expresses much the same opinion.

So you admit that the offsides penalty in football isn't a good comparison to the offside penalty in soccer then?
