As critical as I've been of the HC, I need to voice my support in equal measure
I think they got this exactly right.
Its early, and the final adoption of the amnesty clause hasn't happened yet (though having a temporary policy in place in the interim is a great move), so the final verdict isn't in. But for now, well done BYU and President Worthen.

What? it would only be to discipline the perpetrator, and it specifically states that victim info will be redacted
