This worries me too. False accusations could go up
in because some are trying to escape honor code discipline. If a guy and a girl have consensual sex, and get reported to the honor code office, instead of getting kicked out if school, make a rape claim.
Sure it's reprehensible, but the incentive is there. One of the basic rules of economics is that people respond to incentives.
I hope the accussed will be given fair treatment.
