That sounds really great on the surface and I'm very happy that BYU is
addressing this issue. However, I'm having a hard time understanding why the HCO would be involved in anything to do with student health and safety issues. Wouldn't it be far more appropriate for those issues be handed off to BYU police, a medical office or maybe an environmental health and safety office?
The cynical side of me wonders if that provision is a method designed to get around some of the new rules.

What? it would only be to discipline the perpetrator, and it specifically states that victim info will be redacted
