Rosey gave us this huge post with reasons why we should be excited about next year. There are a TON of things we can look forward to next year. He isn't saying "hey, we're going to go undefeated next year, for sure going to the Big Dance and probs national champs." This is a post from a VERY knowledgeable person giving us reasons why we can realistically expect a different outcome than our more than frustrating year last year.

2015 was one of BYU's best offenses ever. That isn't great? You can't have a great offense unless your defense is equally as good? To say that there is NOTHING great about a season just because we took third in our conference is moronic at best. Rosey isn't saying "get excited, we're going to be the exact same as a third place finishing team." Rosey is saying "hey, we have the potential to be a top ten caliber offense with a top 40 defense." Why would you not get excited about that? I don't care if we take third in the WCC, if we have those numbers, we're winning some games in the NCAA tournament, and have a GREAT team.

Honestly, people like you and me are incredibly fortunate to have insider reports like this. This is as close as we're going to get to have a real inside look at what's actually going on in the program. So, when we get awesome posts like this, cut it with the pessimistic crap.
