The first is obvious, defensive rebounding. Even if all 5 crash, we'll still give up a lot of second-chance points to anyone who wants them (and who is willing to give up some transition buckets, as rosey has highlighted). The second is with Seljaas coming back from a year off and rehabbing a nagging shoulder injury - makes me nervous having him guard opposing fours.
I'm pretty optimistic that Schroyer is going to change the defensive culture of the team, and I think that will translate to a ranking in the top 80. Part of that is optimism that Dastrup is going to show up this year. A big who is in shape and who can pass out of the post and hit midrange jumpers could make our offense pretty dangerous without sacrificing too much on the defensive end.
