Our earnings are similar to others'. But we have less disposable income because:
1) We have larger families.
2) We pay tithing.
As far as perception... When eating out, we don't buy alcohol which often can rival the cost of the food. So our bills are less and so we tip much less because if it.

With a $50k donation you can get 50 yard line seats in LES. I can't imagine a donation of this size would get you

I could be wrong but I'd guess that the seats in section 34 weren't available by the time it was a $10k donor's turn
