At what point do you know you are getting a bad tip and being treated bad.
Ordering water is usually the point when the waitress starts to ignore me.

I tip up to 50% when the service is excellent.

We had an advantage when I worked for Domino's. We had notes in the system telling us how good of a tipper the person was. We would always deliver the bad tipper pizza dead last.
