Either he could make the throws or he couldn't. That didn't change because the offense changed.
If your point is that something else happened, that's OK. I don't think anything happens in a vacuum. this isn't a science experiment with a control group. I'm just saying there is more to it than that. And that if you seriously believe that coming off an injury doesn't make a difference, you are wrong.
