From 4th grade to Pro I agree. There are some anomalies,
a particular team of blue collars coming together, but those are almost always 1 or two seasons and the coaches of those teams always give credit to the players buying into the system and each other.
There are great coaches too, but they are only as good as what they can put on the field.
