Well if we're looking at more disciplinarians, I have a few suggestions:
Fire:
Mahe, Cahoon, Kalani, Ty, Kaufusi, Tuiaki, and... You know what? Just fire the whole staff. Not many on that staff come across as disciplinarians.
I could be wrong because I am not at practice, but zero imrpovement from anyone shows that the coaches value being friends with the players more than they value making the players work hard to win.
