Several prominent coaches have said it takes probably three years for a new coaching staff to insatll a new offense. Seldom does a new staff walk into a college and have instant success. I have no actual source for the comment, but I heard someone formally from Atlanta Falcons said if Detmer gets the right players in place, he may be unstoppable.
