There is a lot more responsibilities that go in to being a real actual QB Coach day to day in the NFL or College than what he did. All those teams had real QB Coaches doing the job day to day. Let's look at results when he was the actual paid day to day QB Coach. Have the QB shown significant improvement or gotten worse under his watch.? I say Bring someone in with experience and a proven track record of success with QBs . BUT I respect your opinion and right to disagree.
