That may be, but I am just discussing the ability of Norm Chow in evaluating
the BYU football team in practice this past week.

You stated that the game past him by, thus inferring that he is a poor evaluator or practice, scheming, and game planning.

My argument is that he is still relevant in that area (not in being a football coach), because as an evaluator the key indicators are obvious. If he saw practice and thought they had a good game plan, then something was going right. I'd trust his evaluation and judgement in this area.
