Developing players is coaching for sure.

I think that we've seen lots of examples this year when Ty called plays that should have worked and then didn't....what's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result? Maybe the problem has been that the coaching staff has not fixed the execution of the players and so no matter how well Ty calls a game the result will be a loss.
