You are making yourself sound very ignorant here.

There is a huge difference between being a Coordinator and a HC. This isn't apples to apples.

We are seeing it right now with Kalani. Solid coordinator, struggling as a HC.

The day to day interactions with the team are vastly different. I still trust Norm Chow in the context of observing a game plan and scheme. He did it for decades with incredible success. He knows what to look for.
