According to the OP, Norm said he has "no idea what...happened on Saturday"

He has also said that since retirement he doesn't watch NCAA football much. He also has a bunch of former players as coaches to defend. Also, for being an expert, under his watch in the last 15 years or so his units have been outright awful.

So what are we supposed to believe, a former expert of the game that has no idea why Saturday happened by his own admission, or admit that BYU was completely outcoached?
