Can bike 27 mph for about an hour on a flat course by myself. All of these endurance things have come pretty slowly actually with gradual but continual improvement over about 10 years. Nothing came fast; weight loss was gradual and has fluctuated some, and the endurance gains were gradual. In high school I was more of a fast twitch/sprinter/jumper type, and I've lost all of that, but at least I'm in the best cardio shape of my life. As I've lost my weight over time it has fixed my snoring, poor sleep, high BP, low mood. It has been a huge blessing!
