I have lots of family and friends who have used pills/injections and even know quite a few who have undergone surgery to lose weight. You've gotta do what you've gotta do and what you feel will be best for your situation. I'm young, and have been fat my whole life. I decided I didn't need any supplemental assistance at this point, I just needed to change my behavior, and to do that, I needed to change my mindset and how I view myself.
