I didn't know that he threw six INTs in several
games. He threw two picks against TCU and also lost two fumbles. He did have five INTs and a fumble agaist the yewts. He only threw one INT against Arizona, but did have two lost fumbles. So there was one game, not several where he had six turnovers.

I, perhaps, place much of the blame of the yewtah loss on Max's shoulders. But apart from that, I would consider the other losses a team effort. The biggest issues with Max include problems going through his progressions, and staring down his receivers. Midway through the season, he also developed a tendency to scramble without securing the ball. He has already acknowledged this short-comings, and I would be surprised if he does not show tremendous improvement.

The quarterback gets WAY too much blame when his team loses, and conversely, too much praise when they win. While we are disappointed because of the losses last season, we can't be down on Max. As sited above, he has only lost five games as a starter. That is a tremendous accomplishment.
