A few thousand extra subscriptions isn't going to be some huge boon for them. But its a big deal to the BYU fanbase, one that has been abused over the past decade. BYU just started building good relations with that national fanbase again through the great reviews of BYUtv during basketball season. They aren't about to throw that away because Fox thinks it can muscle a few thousand subscriptions out of the die-hards of a notoriously cheap group.
