and with it comes increased distribution.

The only reason cougarbee would have a hard time getting Fox Sports RM is if he's got some mom and pop cable company (not Comcast/Time Warner/Dish or Directv) as all of the large cable providers have those channels available nationwide.

It's what cable he has, not the distribution.
