If scholarship players are enrolled and eligible-
there is no APR penalty when they leave. If a player transfers or leaves early for the pro's, the coaching staff will still ride the player to make sure he's eligible as long as he's on scholarship. There was some consternation a few years back because Silver Salinga was leaving too early (didn't get drafted) and there was at least some suspicioun that he had let his eligibility lapse which would hurt the program APR.
