Schools with lower academic standards will always do better
...with this. So will schools that don't send a lot of players on 2 yr missions.

At one point Bronco was sending close to 80% of his recruits on missions. That will have an impact for the ones who enroll and play a year then leave for their missions. I don't know what percentage of kids go on their mission right out of high school vs play a year then go but it's enough that I think BYU will always struggle with this.

Also every non-member kid that we recruit who gets homesick and leaves (Fabuluje, Keoshian, Bruner, etc) will affect us too. Also players who can't make grades or qualify like Afutiti etc.
