Now the counter argument is that all coaches hire within their “tree”.. but i don’t necessarily buy that though only based on me following a couple other programs closely that don’t seem to be the case.
And it’s not like kalani “coached” with any of the guys besides Roderick so I don’t buy that argument because of that as well.
And the biggest issue was lack of seasoned recruiting coordinator which led to a pretty disorganized effort (at least initially) and the S and C program where again the organizational component took time to figure out.
