Nope. I don't agree. Unless I go home and re-read D&C 20 and find I missed
where Football Coach is a priesthood office. Every single one of the players on the team who is a member has their own priesthood leaders in place. They're people who serve without pay in the callings of EQP, Bishop, and Stake President. Head Football Coach is not a priesthood office.

The Head Football Coach is paid millions of dollars with the ultimate goal of winning football games. Yes, he can and should be a mentor for his players and (in the words of Bronco) use football to teach them life lessons. His has no priesthood authority over his players, and claiming he does is directly contrary to the revelations we have received on the structure of Christ's restored gospel.

Head Football Coach is a paid position where he's supposed to win football games.
